Kona To Release Seasonal Pipeline Porter for 7th Year

Kailua-Kona, Big Island of Hawaii — Kona Brewing Company’s Pipeline Porter is returning to the mainland for its seventh year as part of Kona’s Aloha Series. This rich porter is brewed with freshly roasted Kona coffee from the Cornwell Estate Coffee plantation, Kona Coast neighbors of the Kona Brewery.

Inspired by Oahu surf spot Banzai Pipeline, Pipeline Porter will be firing onto grocer’s shelves and on draught throughout the US mainland and Hawaii mid-September through December 2012. Pipeline Porter pairs well with winter favorites such as hearty soups and stews, roast beef sandwiches, pot roast and mashed potatoes.
