Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA

60 Minute poured a clear, light amber color with a two-fingered, frothy white head. The nose had lots of bready malt and was very yeasty. The body had a thicker mouthfeel and a lot of the bready flavor that was apparent on the nsoe. There is a sweet aspect and the hops start out light before really starting to show through at the end. The finish is clean and dry, with plenty of piney hops and a sharp hop bite. There was a decent amount of lacing left on the glass.

Overall, this is pretty darn good beer. It is fairly deep and has a complex body for an American IPA. The hops are not overwhelming at all and the beer is well balanced.
