Green Flash IPA

Green Flash IPA poured a hazy, amber color with a two fingered width, off white head. The aroma is wonderful. Fresh, clean, piney hops dominate but there is enough malt notes in there to keep them in check. The body has a malty middle with some slightly sweet fruit notes and a sharp hop bite on the edges. The finish is bone dry with a bitterness that lingers forever. The glass was coated with thick, hanging lace.

Overall, a great example of the big hoppy west coast-style IPA.  An excellent beer that is fantastic to pair with a wide variety of foods.

Love that beer. Really wish we'd see it in Minnesota. Green Flash makes great offerings.
