Helios poured a hazy, golden yellow color with a pen width, white head. The nose is funky, with sugary lemon. The body has great depth without being heavy. Citrus notes dominate and there are some spices on the backend. The mouthfeel is very crisp right though a finish that leaves a lingering yeasty dryness.
Overall, a nice farmhouse ale. A perfect Summer beer that offers plenty of funk and spice, that is a worthwhile buy for Saison fans.
