St. Boisterous poured a clear, golden yellow color with a finger width, white head. The aroma is pleasant, yeasty with a nice underlying malt. The body is smooth, a hint of sweetness up front and some light fruit on top of a malt base and some very nice hop characteristics on the backend. The finish is shorter with a light dryness that compliments the body very well.
Overall, a wonderful example of this beer style. It is a little bit lighter than some beers in this style, but I love it. It is balanced, complex and has very nice depth while still retaining a softness on the palate that makes it entirely too easy to slug down.
