Oskar Blues Ten Fidy

Ten Fidy poured a pitch black color with a finger widthe brown head. The aroma is is big malts, with chocolat and burnt sugar. The body is thick, yet smooth, with a velvety mouthfeel.

The finish works perfectly. It is big enough to work well with the body yet not overbearing. There are lots of coffee notes, and a nice crisp bitterness.

Overall, this is an absolutely great beer. This Imperial Stout is smooth and drinkable, yet extrememly rich and delicious at the same time. It is deep and complex, offering new flavors with each sip. Ten Fidy is balanced and all of the flavors work extrememly well. This is one of those must try beers for beer fans.
