I agree with your positive assessment of Sam Adams Noble Pils. My friends and I really like this beer. We wish more brewers would take the time to learn to make beers like this. So much better the the macros. It's what a pils should be. This is a great beer for restaurant use. I hope they start making it year-round so it can become a staple on restaurant beer lists.
