SlyFox's version of the pilsner poured a cloudy pale yellow color with a big frothy white head. The nose was hoppy and had a floral (pine needles) hint to it. Pikeland was balanced with plenty of hops before moving into a short, smooth, dry finish. This hoppy pilsner is easy drinking and quite good. It would be a perfect complement to Mexican food or a sharp cheese.Apparently Graig Laban of the Philadelphia Inquirer agrees with me.
