A New Jersey resident, Kane wanted to find a location near the shore for his brewery. He operates a 20-bbl brewing system, with one 40-bbl brite tank, and three 40-bbl fermenters.
The brewery was pouring Single Fin, a 5%, Belgian-Style Blonde Ale, Cloud Cover, a 4.8%, Belgian Wit, and the limited release, Overhead, a 8% Double IPA.
